Altered Tray Graphic 45 Style (French Country)

Hello my fellow crafters!! I wanted to share with a fabulous creation I made using Graphic 45's New Paper collection called  "French Country". I created what I call an Altered Tray!!! I built this tray out of my Goodwill find. 3 various size trays that were in pack. Now, let me show you how I did this!!

Now here is what I did

 I began with this various size trays!!! These trays can be found at your local crafting store. They are by Darice.

Next I began coloring each tray inside and outside in Black Acrylic Paint. I then measured the inside. I transferred the measurements to the choice papers and glued them inside using Modge Podge.

I got me some wooden dowels and painted them black!!

For each section I place the wooden dowel in a triangle way. I then glued them to the end of the tray. As you can see from this photo, I glues the first set of dowels to the second tray and then I added two more dowels in that tray to glue to the third tray. The height of the dowel depends on how high you want your trays to be from each other!!! All of mine are 7inches in length!!

Once the dowel were assembled, I then began to decorate!!! Check out the images below for more details!!

 On the sides I used cut-able elements from the " French Country" paper line to cover the wooden dowel sections!!!

 Each shelf is dedicated for a purpose. Of course if you make on of these fab projects, you can make it hold just about anything you want!! In this case, I wanted mine to hold keys!! I use Graphic 45's Ornate Metal Label Holder to label myself. The front was decorated with a fab piece of paper from the collection.

 Shelf 2 is dedicated to Messages!!! I again Used the Metal Hold to label this shelf and paper to cover the front of the box!!

 The bottom shelf is from my note pad and altered pin I made using the Graphic 45 "French Country" Paper. The pin is adorned with a handmade sunflower I created!!! I have dangling from the flower a Graphic 45 butterfly with a metal flower that I also created!! Next, the shelf is labeled using the metal label Holder saying notes. I also created a mini Post it note box to hold my paper pad to jot down those things we can forget!!!

The whole pieces was dry brushed with gold Paint!!!

BLING Crown Contest Winner!!!

 I taught you on FRIDAY March 1st at 7pm Central at the LAUNCH PARTY a CROWN PROJECT from Mark’s Book. I showed you from beginning to end how to create 2 crowns from Materials suggested by Mark in his Book. I will also introduced to you products that help you create your crown.   I asked that you take these concepts from Mark’s Book and my Live Video Class and make your very own CROWN!!! And did you all ever make some beautiful crowns!!! Each entry has been amazing and I thank you ALL for showcasing your creations in my contest!!!

I'm so glad I did not have to judge these crowns. This was a hard choice to make!! So I left it up to my team to make the decision as to which one!!

Altered Paper Bag Mini Album

I want to thank everyone that attended the show this weekend. I had a blast showcasing Tsunamie Roses's Printable with Miriam's Craft Supplies Pearls. Also we cant for get my BLING line!!! AMAZING!!!! 
I went back to the roots of my crafting and showed you how I made a paper bag mini album. In this show, I taught you how to begin the album and decorate the heck out of it!!!!

Sorry For a late post but here in my latest project!!!

It has been an exciting and crazy month!!! So much creativity and idea flowing everywhere. I have absolutely fell in love with the new PRIMA Engraver Line. It is sooo full of vintage goodness that allows you to create just about anything.

Here is what I created......

This is a Desk Calendar using the Prima Engraver Line.

Yep it all began with some Fabulous Smoothfoam products!!!

I created 12 tags for each month. These tags are hung from hooks and then I created the metal flowers using metal charms and some of Miriam's awesome Flat Backed Pearls.

This collection comes with a fabulous sticker sheet. That gave me great options to create a lovely collage of flowers and to display my daughters photo.

I also made tag using the number that are in the paper collection.

So grab you some Smoothfoam, some of your favorite paper and rock you a fabulous desk calendar crafty style!!!! I hope that you have enjoyed this mini project idea and let me know if you do the same!!!!
